If the bill is currently in a House or Senate committee, the representatives listed will be the members of that committee. If the bill is currently on the House or Senate floor, then that chamber's leadership will be listed instead. If no one is listed under the "Representatives to Contact" heading, it is best to contact your state's House or Senate representatives.
